Almost a year ago our heating system went out in our old house the day we took our newborn home from the hospital. We called TTC and the owner came out himself to fix it. We recently moved into a new home and needed to replace the heating system and hot water tank. TTC talked us through which options would be best for our budget and what rebates to apply for. Moving with three kids 4 and under was stressful enough. It was so nice that is was such a smooth process. They were out the next week to replace everything and were on time and didn’t leave a mess. I can’t say enough about this local family business!

These people have been taking care of our furnace and AC for fifteen years. This morning, at 7:45, I called them with a serious problem- no heat during the night, when the temperature plummeted to 11 degrees. They had Dominic here in twenty minutes, and in less than an hour he had us warm again. They are great.

Oh my goodness, I am gobsmacked! I hadn’t expected your company to front me the Carrier credit. It leaves me speechless..and so deeply appreciative. Thank you! The service I’ve experienced from TTC has been nothing short of amazing, as is your company’s willingness to right any issue. All the people I’ve met at TTC have been wonderful. I continue to recommend TTC to everyone I interact with who is considering HVAC options. The pride in your company comes through in every interaction…

I’m very grateful to Total Temperature Control, in particular, Kyle, Dom, Javier, and the woman who assisted me over the phone. They were here over the weekend and this week to fix a gas leak and to test the furnace. They fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable cost. They were very respectful, responsive, and professional. I would recommend TTC to anyone.

On the eve of closing on selling our home, the AC stopped working. Called Total Temperature Control on the day of closing, in the late afternoon and they were able to accommodate us. Hannan heard me out and was so kind when I needed it most. Not only that, she immediately let me know the parts was under warranty and I didn't have to do anything at all for the covered part. It was in stock and our AC was fixed the next day. We were only delayed one day on closing on our home and didn't have to re-do any of our contracts. This company went above and beyond and I am so thankful and appreciative. I would recommend this company over and over, for the outstanding customer service and quality work they provide.

We have a natural gas, forced hot water heating system that had corrosion on the return plumbing and was leaking water. JJ and Kyle from Total Temperature Control inspected the system and put us on the phone with John the owner. John explained the plumbing work that needed as well as pointing out that the furnace itself was approximately 50 years old. Although a new unit would be considerably more efficient, the furnace it was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. John also pointed out the required plumbing work would not need to be redone when the furnace is replaced in the future. JJ and Kyle returned a couple days later and completed the work in one day. Their work was high quality, they were very knowledgeable and friendly.

"Great Service! We used Total Temperature Control to install our hot water tank in our house and couldn't be happier with the service that they provided us. Their technician was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to identify the problem quickly. This required us to get a new tank. Installation was great and went smoothly and we've had no further issues since! We are so happy with the service that we received and we can't thank them enough!”

"I purchased a whole home heat pump system from total temp about 18 months ago, and Total Temp has been fantastic from start to finish. As with any big job (it was huge, a whole home ductwork installation with two heat pumps and air handlers) problems arose, but John and his team made sure I wasn't charged a penny more than the quote and they worked hard to get it all done on time. Their service team, in particular are incredibly polite and professional. I recommend John and Total Temperature Control without hesitation.”

"I had two other different HVAC companies come over and each spend half a day and hundreds of dollars. Both had to come back multiple times and misdiagnosed the problem and tried to get me to order unnecessary parts and ultimately couldn’t fix it. John came in and found the issue and fixed it in literally less than ten minutes. Couldn’t ask for better service.”

"Our 19 year old system was leaking refrigerant so it was time to replace it. I called Total Temperature Control to get an estimate. John came out two days later, looked over the system, and provided me a quote the same day. We chose TTC as we've done business with them in the past and they are local. The install was scheduled for the following week. Prior to install the project manager came by to double check the measurements. On install day the crew showed up on time (7am) and were back 7am the next day to finish the job. Everyone involved was polite and willing to answer my questions. I highly recommend TTC.”
