Almost a year ago our heating system went out in our old house the day we took our newborn home from the hospital. We called TTC and the owner came out himself to fix it. We recently moved into a new home and needed to replace the heating system and hot water tank. TTC talked us through which options would be best for our budget and what rebates to apply for. Moving with three kids 4 and under was stressful enough. It was so nice that is was such a smooth process. They were out the next week to replace everything and were on time and didn’t leave a mess. I can’t say enough about this local family business!

These people have been taking care of our furnace and AC for fifteen years. This morning, at 7:45, I called them with a serious problem- no heat during the night, when the temperature plummeted to 11 degrees. They had Dominic here in twenty minutes, and in less than an hour he had us warm again. They are great.

I was thinking about getting heat installed in my garage. John came out timely to survey the area and potentially give me a quote. After his review he recommended some different fixes that I could do instead. He was great, knowledgeable and looked out for my interests and concerns.

I’m very grateful to Total Temperature Control, in particular, Kyle, Dom, Javier, and the woman who assisted me over the phone. They were here over the weekend and this week to fix a gas leak and to test the furnace. They fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable cost. They were very respectful, responsive, and professional. I would recommend TTC to anyone.

Mike and Branden did an outstanding job! Bled air from boiler and got hot water working properly as well as heat. They monitored my system for a few hours until the results were great. I'm so grateful for their dedication and commitment to make it right!!!

On the eve of closing on selling our home, the AC stopped working. Called Total Temperature Control on the day of closing, in the late afternoon and they were able to accommodate us. Hannan heard me out and was so kind when I needed it most. Not only that, she immediately let me know the parts was under warranty and I didn't have to do anything at all for the covered part. It was in stock and our AC was fixed the next day. We were only delayed one day on closing on our home and didn't have to re-do any of our contracts. This company went above and beyond and I am so thankful and appreciative. I would recommend this company over and over, for the outstanding customer service and quality work they provide.

My condo A/C unit broke in the middle of a heat wave and these guys were able to fix it quickly with very professional service and a very reasonable price. John (JA) did a great job and was very friendly. Highly recommended.

John arrived from Total Temp, he was here for an hour, I paid $190 for a service fee and HE FIXED MY AC, no additional parts needed.

We have a natural gas, forced hot water heating system that had corrosion on the return plumbing and was leaking water. JJ and Kyle from Total Temperature Control inspected the system and put us on the phone with John the owner. John explained the plumbing work that needed as well as pointing out that the furnace itself was approximately 50 years old. Although a new unit would be considerably more efficient, the furnace it was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. John also pointed out the required plumbing work would not need to be redone when the furnace is replaced in the future. JJ and Kyle returned a couple days later and completed the work in one day. Their work was high quality, they were very knowledgeable and friendly.

They did a great job---again. They constantly deliver timely, professional and reasonably priced HVAC services. I have had multiple emergencies throughout the years and they responded quickly and effectively--every time. Highest Quality services. 5/5 stars.
